Job Title: SAS & SCADA Engineer

Job Overview:
The SAS & SCADA Engineer position is responsible for executing SAS & SCADA projects efficiently and ensuring adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures. The role contributes to achieving departmental operational plans and developments within a broader scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Requirements Analysis:
Study and analyze customer requirements related to SCADA systems.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications required in tender documents.
Client Interaction:
Meet with clients to discuss requirements, resolve concerns, and present solutions.
System Design:
Prepare detailed designs for SCADA systems, including Ethernet LAN, HMI, automation components, parameterization, configurations, and system architecture.
Create bills of materials (BOM) and initiate the procurement of SCADA equipment.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve issues during the production stage.
Collaborate with QC and Testing teams to clarify technical design issues.
Testing and Commissioning:
Test SCADA equipment, software, Ethernet switches, and related components.
Conduct site testing and commissioning of SCADA systems.
Prepare and present test reports and perform customer inspections.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce and adhere to all safety procedures throughout design, production, and testing phases.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Main Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of related working experience in SAS and SCADA engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SCADA systems, including Ethernet LANs, HMI, and automation components.
Strong expertise in system design, BOM creation, and testing processes.
Experience with site testing and commissioning of SCADA systems.
Language Proficiency:
Business-level English proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
Additional Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Compensation Package:
Salary: SAR 12,000 to SAR 16,000 per month.
Allowances: Additional transportation and accommodation allowances with family status.
Bonus: Yearly bonus based on performance.
Relocation Support: Movements to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will be provided.
