Job Title: Senior SAS & SCADA Engineer

Job Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Requirement Analysis:

    • Study and analyze customer requirements related to SCADA systems.

    • Ensure technical specifications align with tender documents wherever applicable.

  2. Client Engagement:

    • Attend meetings with clients to discuss requirements and provide solutions.

    • Address client concerns and ensure project alignment with their expectations.

  3. System Design:

    • Develop detailed system designs, including Ethernet LAN, HMI, automation component settings, parameterization, configurations, and system architecture.

    • Prepare and manage bills of materials (BOM) and initiate procurement for SCADA equipment.

  4. Production Support:

    • Resolve any issues arising during the production stage.

    • Clarify design-related technical issues with Quality Control (QC) and Testing teams.

  5. SCADA Equipment Testing:

    • Test SCADA equipment, software, Ethernet switches, and other related components.

    • Conduct customer inspections and prepare test reports relevant to SCADA systems.

  6. Safety Compliance:

    • Apply and enforce all relevant safety procedures during design, production, and testing stages.

  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system performance.

Main Requirements:

  1. Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  2. Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of related working experience in SAS and SCADA engineering.

  3. Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI, Ethernet LANs, and automation components.

    • Proficiency in system design, BOM creation, and SCADA equipment testing.

  4. Language Proficiency:

    • Business-level English proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).

  5. Additional Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: SAR 12,000 to SAR 16,000 per month.

  • Allowances: Additional transportation and accommodation allowances with family status.

  • Bonus: Yearly bonus based on performance.

  • Relocation Support: Movements to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will be provided.
