Jakarta, December 27, 2024 – Nexus Talenta Indonesia successfully conducted a technical assessment for electrical technicians, focusing on the roles of wireman and component assembler. The event took place from 10:00 WIB to 16:00 WIB at our Jakarta facility, featuring hands-on evaluations using real products manufactured by our client in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
The assessment involved three highly motivated candidates who were evaluated on:
- Identifying and assembling electrical components.
- Conducting precise wiring and troubleshooting tasks.
- Performing functional tests on assembled components to ensure product reliability.
This initiative reflects our strong commitment to quality recruitment, ensuring that every technician meets the high standards expected by our clients. We will continue conducting similar assessments to guarantee client satisfaction and uphold our reputation for delivering skilled and reliable talent.
Additionally, as part of our preparation program, we conducted an introduction to qualification requirements to help candidates prepare for the user interview, which will be held by the end of January and conducted directly by our client.
